We will ask you to confirm your age when you check in, so please bring a driver's license or some other proof of age. *Only applies to rooms in which guests over 60 years of age are actually staying. [Access] - 5 minutes walk from Exit 4 of Susukino Station on the Namboku Subway Line - Approximately 8 minutes by subway to Sapporo Station (3 minutes by subway) [Room Information] - All rooms are non-smoking - Simmons pocket coil bed - Air purifier with humidifier function - All rooms equipped with Wi-Fi [Large public bath on the 2nd floor] - Business hours 3:00PM-12:30AM (closes at 1:00AM) / 6:00AM-9:30AM (closes at 10:00AM) ★ The large public bath and sauna are also open. [Services] - Children under 18 can sleep in the same bed for free - This plan does not include breakfast for children sleeping in the same bed [Room cleaning] <Guests staying 6 nights or less> If you would like your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 10:00AM on the day of your stay. If you do not contact us, we will place a towel in front of the door every day and will not enter the room. <Guests staying 7 nights or more> If you would like your room cleaned, please let the front desk know by 10am on the day of your stay. However, even if you do not request cleaning, your room will be cleaned once a week. On days other than cleaning days, towels will be placed in front of the door and we will not enter your room.
