If we do not hear from you, a towel will be prepared in front of your door every day and you will not be allowed to enter your room. <Customers staying 7 nights or more> If you would like your room cleaned, please contact the front desk by 10:00 on the day of your stay. However, even if you do not request cleaning, we will clean your room once a week. Towels and mineral water are prepared at the door every day except on cleaning days, and guests are not allowed to enter the room.
