You can use the observation deck elevator by presenting it at the Observation Deck Admission Ticket Office on the 3rd floor of the Sapporo TV Tower (the voucher is valid only from the check-in date to the check-out date). However, even if you do not request cleaning, we will clean your room once a week. Towels will be prepared in front of the door every day except on cleaning days, and guests will not be allowed to enter the room.
